It often starts with an unwelcome, niggling thought: What if I'm not ready for this? Am I out of my depth here? Why did I sign up for this?!

Heart hammering before a big presentation. Palms sweating as you step onto the field, stage, or into that crucial conversation. Mind running through all the things that could go wrong.

With your busy schedule in mind, each of the four A-Game modules take just 15-20 minutes to complete; helping you get curious about your relationship with performance through bite-sized tasks and activities.

We recommend a 'little and often' approach, completing one module per week over four weeks, whilst taking time to practice these new insights in your real-world performances.

You'll also receive a Mojo journal to accompany this learning journey, where you can find practical activities and further inspiration to consolidate your Performance Confidence.
