If you're looking for more confidence, better ways to handle pressure, or a stronger sense of purpose, Mojo is for you.
Our programs are designed for an individual learning experience, however we do offer a 'Mojo for Teams' experience for teams and organisations who are looking to lift performance, drive connection, build confidence and improve wellbeing at work.
We currently offer 4 digital learning programs that aim to provide various 'perspective shifts'.
Each of these learning programs are designed to be simple, playful and profound. They include a combination of learning videos, journal activities and practice prompts, as well as further inspiration to support your learning. See more about how it works here.
Each program includes 3-4 learning modules (roughly 20 minutes each), practical exercises, and a digital journal. Plus, you’ll get 12 months of access so you can revisit and refresh the Mojo principles anytime.
While podcasts and books can inspire you, Mojo helps you apply that inspiration. We teach simple yet profound perspective shifts you can use in your everyday life. It’s thousands of years of wisdom, condensed into learning that sticks.
The learning modules range between 15-30 minutes each, however the real work happens when you start applying the concepts in your daily life. While we know everyone likes to go at their own pace, we recommend committing a minimum of 4 weeks to each program.
