We've been thinking a lot lately about what it means to be grounded when the world around us feels chaotic, heavy or overwhelming.
And whilst there are no easy answers or solutions - with so much outside of our control - we keep coming back to this:
The greatest discovery of all time is knowing we can change our entire life, simply by changing our perspective.
Because once we know how to do this, everything changes.
Our attitude towards our life experiences, the way we connect with others, and how we jump back into the driver’s seat. From this place, we can create beautiful boundaries to protect ourselves and discover a new kind of freedom.
The challenge is, most of us don't realise we have the power to decide our perspective, let alone change it.
So the obvious question is: How do we do that? How do we change our perspective?
Well, that’s where it all began for Mojo, and it remains our compass as we enter this next chapter.
Five years ago, during a global pandemic, we started Mojo with a simple goal - to help people. We knew we didn’t have all the answers, but that the desire to help others through community and storytelling could surely point us in the right direction… And so our big, beautiful experiment began!
It all started with a Friday morning Mojospresso episode. A 10-minute caffeine-inspired shot of inspiration and perspective to help you win the morning and win the day.
That turned into a 20-minute podcast, which expanded into a masterclass, which then evolved into an app with a long-form course.
Since then, we've had thousands of people go on the journey to answer those 3 big questions: Who am I? What do I want? And how do I get there?
For all the wins and a-ha moments, the feedback was loud, clear and consistent:
"We don't want an app, and we’re struggling with the course. But we desperately want the content. We need to take back control of our mindset and stop all this mindset chatter going on in our head.
And rather than a course or an app, can the content be simplified? Could you create smaller, bite-sized exercises that we can do on a laptop, a tablet, or a phone - work that we could do on our own, or even with friends?"
And we thought, you know what, that’s a much better idea!
As of July 1st, our 4 new digital programs are live - focusing on the perspective shifts that have had the biggest impact on the hundreds of thousands of people we've helped over the past 20 years.
While we have hundreds of exercises to draw on, these specific perspective shifts have had the most profound impact in the shortest amount of time… And now, they’re more practical and accessible than ever before.
