Our foundational program, Unlocking Perspective, is where every Mojo journey begins. Think: simple but profound tools for daily life, helping you take back control of your mindset - anytime, anywhere.

Transforming our perspective is a lifelong journey, but we're always amazed at how quickly our 'mindset muscles' develop once we start training them.

MODULE 2 | A Vulnerable & Compassionate Lens

It’s time to go deeper, because vulnerability isn’t a weakness - it’s your superpower. In this module we explore how to apply a vulnerable and compassionate lens towards yourself and others, making way for meaningful connections and shifting the way you see your struggles and strengths.

MODULE 3 | Flexing Your AAA Mindset Muscles

You’re now ready to advance, so it’s time to put things into practise! Here we explore practical tools to navigate life’s distractions and challenges. Think of this as your mindset gym, building the strength, flexibility and endurance needed to handle whatever comes your way.

This is how we do it

In a world of jam-packed to-do lists, Mojo programs are a space 'to be,’ encouraging you to get curious, learn about what makes you you, and how you can shift your perspective in any situation.

With your busy schedule in mind, each module in Unlocking Perspective is just 15-20 minutes long. Perfect for bite-size learning that actually sticks.

We recommend a 'little and often' approach, one module per fortnight over 6 weeks. One week to work through the learnings and activities, another week to put these new insights into practice.

You'll also get a learning journal packed with practical activities and inspiration to build on what you're discovering about yourself.
