Forget myths or urban legends, here we explore what self-confidence actually is - helping you identify where true confidence comes from, and how to differentiate between the two types that exist. You'll discover our Mojo formula for self-confidence and learn to overcome perfectionism and limiting beliefs.
It’s time to embrace your weird - quirks, imperfections and all. This module is about developing the tools and boundaries you need to navigate daily life while staying true to yourself. We'll explore what it means to live authentically and help you identify what you can and can't control (hint: there's real freedom in that distinction).
Ready to rewrite your internal narrative? Here we dive into identifying and reframing the negative beliefs that may have been holding you back. You'll discover practical tools to overcome perfectionism, shame and scarcity, creating space for courage, humility and resilience to flourish.
In this final module, we explore your ‘good wolf’ vs ‘bad wolf,’ tackling those subtle beliefs that quietly undermine your confidence. You'll learn to reframe your belief system from the perspective of your inner fan rather than your inner critic, and discover how to navigate moments of self-doubt.
With your busy schedule in mind, the four Building Self-Confidence modules are designed for bite-sized learning and will each take 20 mins to complete.
We recommend a 'little and often' approach across 8 consecutive weeks, exploring 1 module per fortnight. One week to absorb the learnings and activities, another week to practise these new insights in your daily life.
