Participants are guided to understand and unlock 3 distinct mindsets: Connection, Purpose and Performance.

We have designed a roll-out journey to support your people through each step.
A session to get everyone kick-started with the course. This involves a keynote and onboarding video from Ben, introducing the Mojo principles and explaining the journey ahead. We also get everyone set up and we begin the first exercise.
To keep the team engaged and supported on the journey, we work with you to hold chapter check-in sessions (3 in total). We provide the materials for these check-in's and each one includes a chapter debrief from Ben Crowe, breakout groups with discussion questions and a working session. Each session is designed to run for 60 or 90 minutes.
