How it works
A session to get everyone kick-started with the course. This involves a keynote and onboarding video from Ben, introducing the Mojo principles and explaining the journey ahead. We also get everyone set up and we begin the first exercise.
There are 3 check-ins in total, spaced apart by 6-8 weeks. Each includes a chapter debrief from Ben Crowe and breakout groups with discussion questions. We provide all the materials and each check-in is approximately 60 minutes long.
Chapter debrief from Ben and group breakout sessions focused on Purpose Mindset and the exercises the team has completed in Chapter 2.
Chapter debrief from Ben and group breakout sessions focused on Performance Mindset and the exercises the team have completed in Chapter 3.
Debrief and feedback on the team experience and discussion of next steps of support.
